1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes actions by users that are mandated or prohibited by VoiceInfra. This AUP is incorporated by reference into and forms part of the VoiceInfra Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Services, number reclamation, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
2. General Requirements
Users must use VoiceInfra Services only for lawful, proper, and authorized purposes. You are responsible for all use of the Services under your account and must ensure that all End Users comply with this AUP.
VoiceInfra reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any action violates this AUP. We may investigate any use of the Services that we believe violates this AUP and may involve law enforcement authorities.
3. Prohibited Activities - Illegal Purposes
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud and Scams: Make-money-fast schemes, Ponzi and pyramid schemes, advance fee fraud (419 scams), lottery/sweepstakes scams, government impostor scams (IRS, SSA, law enforcement), technical support scams, debt collection scams, phishing, pharming, or harvesting
- Caller ID Spoofing: Altering, spoofing, or providing false caller ID information with intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value (violation of Truth in Caller ID Act)
- Identity Theft: Impersonating individuals, businesses, or government entities without authorization
- Extortion and Threats: Making threats of violence, harm, or illegal action
- Money Laundering: Any activity related to money laundering or terrorist financing
- Illegal Gambling: Operating or promoting illegal gambling or betting activities
- Drug-Related Activities: Sale or promotion of cannabis/CBD products, controlled substances, narcotics, steroids, drug paraphernalia, or kratom
- Firearms and Ammunition: Sale or promotion of firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons
- Tobacco Products: Sale or promotion of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vaping products
- Adult Entertainment: Pornographic or adult-oriented content or services
- Counterfeit Goods: Sale or promotion of counterfeit or replica items
- Pyramid/MLM Schemes: Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
- Deceptive Practices: Any deceptive, misleading, or unfair business practices
4. Prohibited Activities - Telemarketing Violations
The following telemarketing-related activities are strictly prohibited:
- TCPA Violations: Making calls without required prior express written consent
- Do-Not-Call Violations: Calling numbers on federal, state, or organization-specific DNC registries without consent
- Calling Time Violations: Making calls before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM at the called party's local time
- Emergency Services: Calling 911, 999, 112, or other emergency numbers
- Healthcare Facilities: Calling hospitals, medical offices, or healthcare facilities unless expressly permitted by law
- AI Voice Disclosure: Failing to disclose AI voice use at the beginning of calls as required by law
- Call Recording Violations: Recording calls without required consent (one-party or all-party as required by law)
- Abandoned Calls: Exceeding 3% abandoned call rate for any campaign
- Opt-Out Violations: Failing to honor opt-out requests immediately
5. Prohibited Activities - Network Abuse
The following activities that abuse or disrupt VoiceInfra's network are strictly prohibited:
- Traffic Pumping/Stimulation: Artificially inflating call volumes to generate access charges or fees
- Number Warehousing/Hoarding: Reserving telephone numbers without active, legitimate use
- Number Parking: Holding numbers for future unspecified use
- Low Answer Seizure Rate (ASR): Maintaining an ASR below 50% for any sustained period
- Excessive Calls Per Second (CPS): Exceeding published CPS thresholds without prior approval
- Long-Duration Calls: Calls exceeding 4 hours to the same number within a 24-hour period
- Non-Human Voice Dialogs: Calls that do not connect to a live human or intended AI agent
- Call Forwarding Chains: Excessive call forwarding that obscures the call origin
- Auto-Dialing/Predictive Dialing: Using auto-dialers or predictive dialers in violation of TCPA or on unlimited calling plans
- Robocalling Without Consent: Making robocalls without proper consent or in violation of applicable laws
- Refusal to Cooperate with Traceback: Failing to participate in robocall traceback investigations or disclose downstream users
- Denial of Service Attacks: Any conduct that impacts Service availability or reliability
- System Intrusion: Unauthorized system/network access, monitoring, scanning, or breaching security
- Malicious Code: Transmitting viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful components
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Security Bypass: Bypassing or breaking security mechanisms or authentication measures
- Forged Headers: Forging TCP-IP packet headers or sending false source-identifying information
- Open Relay: Operating "open relay" mail servers
- Network Overloading: Mailbombing, flooding, overloading, or attacking systems/networks
6. Prohibited Activities - Content Violations
The following content-related activities are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment and Abuse: Transmitting harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, malicious, or obscene content
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Spam: Distributing unauthorized spam or unsolicited commercial messages (CAN-SPAM Act violations)
- Privacy Violations: Gathering or transmitting personal information without explicit consent
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Transmitting content that infringes patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
- False Information: Providing false, deceptive, or misleading information about products, services, or identity
7. Prohibited Activities - Regulatory Violations
The following regulatory violations are strictly prohibited:
- Export Control Violations: Violating export control laws or sanctions regulations
- Anti-Bribery Violations: Violating anti-bribery laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
- Data Privacy Violations: Violating data privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations
- Wiretapping Violations: Violating state and federal anti-wiretapping and eavesdropping laws
- Banking/Financial Services: Providing financial services without proper licensing
- Healthcare Services: Providing healthcare services or advice without proper licensing (HIPAA violations)
- Legal Services: Providing legal services or advice without proper licensing
8. Enforcement
8.1 Monitoring. VoiceInfra may monitor use of the Services to detect violations of this AUP. We may use automated tools and manual review to identify prohibited activities.
8.2 Investigation. VoiceInfra will investigate reports of AUP violations and may suspend Services pending investigation.
8.3 Enforcement Actions. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions:
- Issue a warning
- Require a remediation plan
- Reduce usage limits (CPS, call volume, etc.)
- Suspend your account pending investigation
- Terminate your account and all Services
- Reclaim all telephone numbers associated with your account
- Assess additional charges or surcharges to offset increased costs
- Report violations to law enforcement authorities
- Report violations to telecommunications carriers and regulatory bodies
- Pursue legal action for damages
8.4 No Notice Required. VoiceInfra may take enforcement actions without prior notice, especially for serious violations involving fraud, illegal activity, or threats to network security.
8.5 Cooperation with Authorities. VoiceInfra will cooperate with law enforcement investigations and may disclose user information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

10. Changes to This AUP
VoiceInfra may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated AUP on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
11. Relationship to Terms of Service
This AUP is part of the VoiceInfra Terms of Service. All provisions of the Terms of Service apply to this AUP, including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
