No. CSV upload replaces all existing numbers in the current step. If you need to add more numbers, use the manual input field or create a new batch campaign.

Start Immediately queues the campaign and calls begin within seconds of submission. Schedule for Later starts calls automatically at your chosen date, time, and timezone.

Click the download icon in the Phone Numbers step. You'll get a pre-formatted CSV with example data and the correct column structure for phone numbers and variables.

Yes. Use the Back button to revisit any step (Campaign Details, Schedule, or Phone Numbers). Your data is saved, so you can make changes without losing progress.

The AI will attempt to connect based on your campaign settings. Failed calls are logged in your dashboard. You can review outcomes, retry specific numbers, or adjust your list for the next batch.
