Introduction
Welcome to VoiceInfra (VoiceInfra, we, us, or our). These Terms of Service (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (you, your, or Customer) and VoiceInfra governing your use of our website, platform, application programming interfaces (APIs), and all related services (collectively, the Services).
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS IN SECTION 12 THAT ARE APPLICABLE TO YOU AND US.
By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or clicking I Accept, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and you refers to both you individually and that entity.
DO NOT USE THE SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not authorized to use the Services.
1. Services Description
1.1 Core Services
VoiceInfra provides a platform that enables you to build and deploy AI-powered voice agents for various use cases. Our Services include an API for building AI voice interactions, number provisioning, call handling, and a comprehensive dashboard for customization and integration. Common use cases include customer service, outbound sales calls, information gathering, and interactive voice applications.
1.2 Professional Services
Beyond standard technical support, VoiceInfra may offer customized professional services including personalized consultations, advanced implementation assistance, optimization strategies, and other tailored solutions. Please contact us at hello@voiceinfra.ai for information about these additional services.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Account Creation
To access the Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update this information to maintain its accuracy.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Create strong, unique passwords
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Notify us immediately at hello@voiceinfra.ai if you discover or suspect any security breach related to your account or the Services
- Implement appropriate security measures to protect your credentials and access to the Services
2.3 Unauthorized Access
You may not access the Services by any means other than through the interfaces provided by VoiceInfra. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing and Plans
Information about our service plans and pricing is available at /pricing. We may change our rates at any time by posting updates on our website. New rates will apply to your next billing cycle after the publication of such changes.
3.2 Billing and Payment
Services are charged on a monthly basis (Subscription Period). Upon signing up, you will provide VoiceInfra with valid credit card information or other approved payment method. You authorize VoiceInfra to charge your payment method for all unpaid charges related to the Services, including applicable taxes.
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods of the same duration as the initial subscription term at our then-current rates, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current Subscription Period by deleting your workspace or removing all subscription-based items (e.g., phone numbers).
3.4 Late Payments
If your automatic payment method fails, we will issue an invoice with a 14-day due date. A 7-day grace period will follow the due date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received within this grace period. A late payment fee equal to the lesser of 10% of the past due amount or the maximum allowed by law may be charged for overdue payments.
3.5 Refunds and No Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS: All payments made to VoiceInfra are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Usage-based charges (per-minute costs for voice, AI models, etc.)
- Add-on services and features
- Setup fees or one-time charges
- Any other fees or charges related to the Services
You acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the Services
- Failure to use the Services
- Cancellation of your account
- Termination of Services by either party
- Technical issues or service interruptions
This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether the payment was made automatically or manually, and regardless of the payment method used. The only exceptions to this policy are those explicitly required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
4. Use of Services
4.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VoiceInfra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your business or personal purposes.
4.2 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Services to:
- Engage in any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable conduct
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
- Transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code
- Distribute unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Store or transmit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Services.
4.3 Telemarketing and Call Compliance Requirements
4.3.1 Compliance with Telemarketing Laws. You must comply with all applicable laws governing calls and text messages, including but not limited to:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related FCC rules (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200)
- The Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act (15 U.S.C. § 6101)
- The FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) (16 C.F.R. Part 310)
- The Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 41)
- State telemarketing laws and do-not-call regulations
- Laws requiring disclosure of AI voice use at the beginning of calls
- State and federal anti-wiretapping and eavesdropping laws
4.3.2 Consent Requirements. If consumer consent is required under applicable laws to place calls using VoiceInfra's technology, you are required to:
- Obtain and document proof of the required level of consent (written, oral, or implied as required by law) for each consumer you contact
- Maintain such consent documentation for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of last contact
- Produce such documentation upon VoiceInfra's request or in response to consumer complaints
- VoiceInfra retains the right to audit your use of our Services to ensure your compliance with applicable laws, including requesting copies of consent documentation
4.3.3 Do-Not-Call Compliance. If you make outbound telemarketing calls, you must:
- Scrub phone numbers against the applicable federal, state, and organization-specific Do-Not-Call (DNC) registries
- Perform DNC scrubbing at least every 31 days
- Maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor consumer opt-out requests immediately
- Train your personnel on DNC procedures and maintain written DNC policies
4.3.4 Caller ID and Spoofing Prohibitions. You must not:
- Alter, spoof, or provide false caller ID information with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value
- Use caller ID information that does not accurately identify the originating phone number
- Use caller ID information associated with a different entity than the actual caller
- Violate the Truth in Caller ID Act (47 U.S.C. § 227(e)) or any state caller ID laws
4.3.5 AI Voice Disclosure. When using AI-generated voices, you must:
- Disclose at the beginning of each call that the voice is AI-generated, as required by applicable law
- Not use AI voices to impersonate specific individuals without their explicit written consent
- Not use AI voices for any purpose the relevant person has not authorized
- Comply with all state and federal laws regarding AI voice disclosure
4.3.6 Call Time Restrictions. You must not make telemarketing calls:
- Before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM at the called party's local time
- To emergency services numbers (911, 999, 112, or other emergency numbers)
- To hospitals, medical offices, or healthcare facilities unless expressly permitted by law
4.4 Voice Synthesis and AI Usage Restrictions
When using our Services to create or deploy AI voice agents, you agree to:
- Only use voice models for which you have obtained proper rights or permissions
- Not create voice models that imitate specific individuals without their explicit consent
- Disclose at the beginning of each call that the voice is AI-generated, in compliance with applicable laws
- Not use the Services for impersonation with intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value
- Not use the Services to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that promotes illegal activities
- Respect all applicable telemarketing laws and regulations, including caller ID requirements
4.5 Fraud Prevention and Prohibited Uses
4.5.1 General Fraud Prohibitions. You shall not use our Services to offer or otherwise make fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions available to others, including:
- Make-money-fast schemes, Ponzi and pyramid schemes
- Phishing, pharming, harvesting, or similar deceptive practices
- Advance fee fraud (419 scams)
- Lottery, sweepstakes, or prize notification scams
- Government impostor scams (IRS, SSA, law enforcement)
- Technical support scams
- Debt collection scams or harassment
- Any other fraudulent or deceptive practices
4.5.2 Traffic Quality and Network Integrity. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts the integrity of VoiceInfra's network or any vendor network, including:
- Traffic Pumping/Stimulation: Artificially inflating call volumes to generate access charges
- Number Warehousing/Hoarding: Reserving telephone numbers without active, legitimate use
- Number Parking: Holding numbers for future unspecified use
- Low Answer Seizure Rate (ASR): Maintaining an ASR below 50% for any sustained period
- Excessive Abandoned Calls: Exceeding 3% abandoned call rate for any campaign
- Long-Duration Calls: Calls exceeding 4 hours to the same number within a 24-hour period
- Non-Human Voice Dialogs: Calls that do not connect to a live human or intended AI agent
- Call Forwarding Chains: Excessive call forwarding that obscures the call origin
4.5.3 Additional Prohibited Uses. You agree not to use the Services:
- To transmit harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, malicious, or obscene content
- To distribute unauthorized spam or unsolicited commercial messages (CAN-SPAM Act violations)
- To transmit viruses, malware, or other destructive computer code
- To gather or transmit personal information without explicit consent
- To interfere with service functionality or security features
- To reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- To use the Services for emergency services (911, 999, 112) unless specifically enabled by VoiceInfra
- For any purpose related to the sale of: cannabis/CBD products, firearms/ammunition, controlled substances, tobacco products, or adult entertainment
- To violate export control laws or sanctions regulations
- In connection with any illegal gambling or betting activities
4.6 End User Responsibility
4.6.1 Vicarious Liability. You are solely responsible for all acts, omissions, and activities of your End Users (including your customers, agents, contractors, and anyone using the Services through your account). You agree to:
- Ensure all End Users comply with these Terms and any applicable Acceptable Use Policy
- Monitor End User traffic and activity for compliance
- Take immediate corrective action upon discovering End User violations
- Be liable for all fees, charges, fines, and penalties arising from End User activity
4.7 Usage Limitations
VoiceInfra may impose usage limitations on the Services, including call volume, API request limits, or other restrictions as determined in our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such limitations in advance.
5. Content and Data
5.1 Your Content
Your Content means any data, information, materials, recordings, or other content that you upload, transmit, or provide to the Services. You retain all rights to Your Content that you upload to our Services.
5.2 License to Your Content
You grant VoiceInfra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. This license terminates when you delete Your Content from our Services, except as necessary to comply with legal obligations or for limited technical purposes such as backups.
5.3 Content Restrictions
You may not upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services any content that:
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
- Violates any law or regulation
- Contains viruses or any other harmful computer code
- Constitutes unsolicited advertising or promotional materials
- Contains personal information about individuals without their consent
- Is deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent
5.4 Data Processing and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.5 AI Model Training
We will not use Your Content to train our artificial intelligence models without your explicit consent. You may control data processing options through your account settings. However, we may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve our Services.
5.6 Call Recording and Retention
If you enable call recording features, you are responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, including obtaining necessary consents
- Disclosing to call participants that the call may be recorded
- Properly securing and managing recorded call data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 VoiceInfra's Intellectual Property
The Services, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the property of VoiceInfra and its licensors. The structure, organization, and code of the Services are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of VoiceInfra. Except for the limited license granted herein, nothing in these Terms gives you any right, title, or interest in or to the Services or any intellectual property rights related thereto.
6.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Services (Feedback), you grant VoiceInfra a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
6.3 Output Ownership
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the output generated through your use of the Services (Output), provided that such Output does not infringe on the rights of others. However, your rights to use the Output do not include any rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, or models used to generate such Output.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
7.1 Third-Party Services
The Services may include or depend upon third-party services, software, or content. Your use of such third-party elements may be subject to additional terms and conditions. VoiceInfra is not responsible for any third-party services and makes no warranties about the operations, features, or functionality of such services.
7.2 Integrations
The Services may offer integrations with third-party applications or services. You acknowledge that:
- Such integrations may transmit Your Content to third-party services
- VoiceInfra is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services
- You use such integrations at your own risk
- Integration availability may change without notice
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Confidential Information
Confidential Information means any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.
8.2 Protection of Confidential Information
Each party agrees to:
- Use the same degree of care to protect the other party's Confidential Information as it uses to protect its own
- Not disclose Confidential Information except to employees, contractors, and advisors who need to know it and who are bound by confidentiality obligations
- Only use Confidential Information to perform its obligations and exercise its rights under these Terms
8.3 Exclusions
Confidential Information does not include information that:
- Is or becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms
- Was known to the receiving party prior to its disclosure
- Is received from a third party without breach of any obligation owed to the disclosing party
- Is independently developed by the receiving party without use of Confidential Information
9. Indemnification
9.1 Your Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceInfra, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, providers, and third parties from and against any losses, costs, liabilities, damages, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of:
- Your use of or inability to use the Services
- Any content, data, or recordings submitted by you or your End Users
- Your violation of these Terms or any Acceptable Use Policy
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and statutory damages ($500-$1,500 per violation)
- The Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act
- FTC Act and Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)
- FCC rules and regulations
- State telemarketing and consumer protection laws
- Data privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.)
- Call recording and wiretapping laws
- Any regulatory fines, penalties, or forfeitures assessed against VoiceInfra arising from your use of the Services
- Any carrier surcharges, fees, or penalties passed through to VoiceInfra resulting from your traffic
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
- Any claims by your End Users or third parties related to your use of the Services
9.2 Indemnification Procedures
VoiceInfra reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with VoiceInfra in asserting any available defenses. You agree not to settle any claim without VoiceInfra's prior written consent if such settlement imposes any obligation or admission on VoiceInfra.
9.3 Survival
You agree that the provisions in this Section 9 will survive any termination of your account, these Terms, and/or your access to the Services.
9.4 Indemnification Cap Exception
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THESE TERMS, YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS SECTION 9 SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO THE LIABILITY CAP SET FORTH IN SECTION 11 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
VOICEINFRA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. VOICEINFRA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURES, DISRUPTIONS, OR DISTORTIONS IN THE TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION OVER TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS.
VOICEINFRA DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM LOSS, CORRUPTION, ATTACK, VIRUSES, INTERFERENCE, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSION.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICEINFRA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
VOICEINFRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VOICEINFRA DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
11.3 Applicability
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF VOICEINFRA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, VOICEINFRA'S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
12.1 Pre-Trial Dispute Resolution
For all disputes, you must first give us an opportunity to resolve your claim by sending a written description of your claim to hello@voiceinfra.ai. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
12.2 Arbitration
If we are unable to resolve a dispute within 60 days, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND VOICEINFRA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND VOICEINFRA AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S OR PARTY'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
12.4 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights pending the completion of arbitration.
12.5 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with neutral principles of law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions that would require the application of the laws of a particular jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration procedures set forth above.
13. Changes to Terms
VoiceInfra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Services or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing your use of the Services and deleting your account.
14.2 Immediate Suspension
VoiceInfra reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice, if VoiceInfra, in its sole discretion, determines that:
- You or your End Users have materially breached the Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms
- There is an unusual and material spike or increase in your use of the Services that appears fraudulent or negatively impacts VoiceInfra's network
- Your traffic quality metrics (Answer Seizure Rate, Average Call Duration, Calls Per Second, abandoned call rate) fall below acceptable thresholds
- You receive multiple consumer complaints or carrier complaints
- VoiceInfra receives a law enforcement request or regulatory inquiry related to your use
- Your account information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete
- Continued provision of the Services would expose VoiceInfra or its carriers to regulatory fines or penalties
- You engage in any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Services
- You commit fraud or violate any applicable law
14.3 Termination for Cause
VoiceInfra may terminate these Terms and your account with 15 days' written notice if you materially breach any provision of these Terms and fail to cure such breach within the notice period. A breach of the Acceptable Use Policy will be considered a material breach. Notwithstanding the foregoing, VoiceInfra may terminate immediately without notice for fraud, illegal activity, threats to network security, or regulatory requirements.
14.4 Number Reclamation
Upon suspension or termination, VoiceInfra may immediately reclaim all telephone numbers associated with your account. You acknowledge that telephone numbers are licensed, not owned, and VoiceInfra has sole discretion over number assignment.
14.5 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may no longer be able to access your account or any files or other content contained in the account. The following sections shall survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Indemnification, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution, and any other provision that by its nature should survive termination.
VoiceInfra will not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your account, including any loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits resulting from such suspension or termination.
15. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if and to the extent such default or delay arises out of causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, civil disorders, labor disputes, government orders or acts, natural disasters, and network, power, or equipment failures.
16. Audit and Inspection Rights
16.1 Audit Rights
VoiceInfra reserves the right, upon reasonable notice, to audit your use of the Services to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Such audits may include:
- Reviewing call records and traffic patterns
- Requesting copies of consent documentation
- Reviewing your DNC scrubbing procedures and records
- Examining call scripts and disclosure language
- Investigating consumer or carrier complaints
16.2 Cooperation
You agree to fully cooperate with any audit or investigation conducted by VoiceInfra, including providing requested documentation and information within five (5) business days of request.
16.3 Regulatory Investigations

VoiceInfra reserves the right to report any actual or suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Fraud or scam calling operations
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Extortion or threats
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Child exploitation
17.2 Information Disclosure
You acknowledge that VoiceInfra may disclose your account information, call records, and other data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or telecommunications carriers:
- In response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process
- When VoiceInfra believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights or property
- When VoiceInfra believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activity
- When required by applicable law or regulation
17.3 No Liability for Disclosure
VoiceInfra will not be liable to you or any third party for any disclosure made in good faith pursuant to this Section.
18. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist supporting country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without VoiceInfra's prior written consent. VoiceInfra may assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without your consent.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VoiceInfra regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning their subject matter.
