Only if importing from those providers. Our SIP numbers don't require external accounts we handle everything. If you already use Twilio or Telnyx, import your existing numbers. If not, just provision new ones directly.

UDP works for most providers it's the fastest and default. Choose TCP for more reliability. Choose TLS for maximum security (encrypted SIP). Or select AUTO to let the system choose the optimal protocol.

Yes. Each number can have separate inbound and outbound agents. Use specialized AI for different purposes one agent for customer support, another for sales, another for after-hours. Multi-agent routing gives you complete control.
