Enter your Twilio Account SID (starts with AC, 34 characters) and Auth Token (32 characters) in the import form. Click connect, browse your available numbers, select the ones you want, and click Import.

Yes. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only used to fetch your number list via Twilio's API. We never store plain-text tokens or access your Twilio billing.

No. Importing does not move your numbers away from Twilio. Your numbers stay with Twilio. We only read your number list and allow you to manage them from our dashboard.

The number appears in your dashboard. You can assign AI agents, configure call routing, set up webhooks, and monitor usage. Twilio continues to handle the actual telephony.

Yes. Select as many numbers as you need from the list. There is no limit on how many you can import in one session.

No. Your billing remains with Twilio. We only provide management and AI capabilities. You continue paying Twilio directly for number rental and usage.

The system will show an error message. Double-check your Account SID and Auth Token from your Twilio Console dashboard. Tokens are 32 characters and SIDs start with AC.

Yes. You can disconnect or remove any imported number from your dashboard at any time. This does not affect the number in your Twilio account.

Yes. Numbers from any country are supported. You'll see the country code (+1, +44, +91, etc.) and the full number in the import list.

Yes. Refresh the connection anytime to sync new numbers added to your Twilio account. Newly added numbers will appear in the list for import.
