Enter your Telnyx API v2 key (typically starts with KEY) in the import form. Click connect, browse your available numbers, select the ones you want, and click Import.

Yes. API keys are encrypted at rest and only used to fetch your number list via Telnyx's v2 API. We never store plain-text keys or access your Telnyx billing.

No. Importing does not move your numbers away from Telnyx. Your numbers stay with Telnyx. We only read your number list and allow you to manage them from our dashboard.

The number appears in your dashboard. You can assign AI agents, configure call routing, set up webhooks, and monitor usage. Telnyx continues to handle the actual telephony.

Yes. Select as many numbers as you need from the list. There is no limit on how many you can import in one session.

No. Your billing remains with Telnyx. We only provide management and AI capabilities. You continue paying Telnyx directly for number rental and usage.

The system will show an error message. Double-check your API v2 key from your Telnyx Portal. Keys typically start with KEY and are 64+ characters long.

Yes. You can disconnect or remove any imported number from your dashboard at any time. This does not affect the number in your Telnyx account.

Yes. Numbers from any country are supported. You'll see the country code (+1, +44, +91, etc.) and the full number in the import list.

Yes. Refresh the connection anytime to sync new numbers added to your Telnyx account. Newly added numbers will appear in the list for import.
