MCP Server for Claude & ChatGPT

Put your VoiceInfra workspace inside Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable assistant. One address, permissions you approve in plain language, revocable at any time.

VoiceInfra exposes your workspace as a Model Context Protocol server, so assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can read and manage it directly. Paste one region-pinned address, approve what the assistant may do, and it can list your agents, provision numbers, inspect call logs and build workflows without you switching windows. Permissions are grouped into areas a person actually recognises rather than raw scope strings, anything that spends your credit is surfaced on its own, and every connected app can be disconnected at any time. What a connected assistant can actually change is still bounded by your role in the workspace.

What Makes This Feature Special

Discover the powerful capabilities that drive real business results

One Address, Any MCP Client

Your workspace has a single MCP endpoint. Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, or any tool supporting the Model Context Protocol and the assistant gains access to your agents, workflows, phone numbers, knowledge and call logs.

Permissions in Plain Language

A request can arrive with two dozen raw scopes attached. VoiceInfra groups them into the dozen or so areas a person actually recognises, so you are reading 'can view call logs' rather than a list of internal identifiers. Upgrades are folded inline on the row they affect.

Spending Is Never Buried

Permissions that spend your credit are flagged separately from read and write access and always shown on their own line, so you can grant an assistant broad read access without accidentally handing it your balance.

Nothing Connects Without Consent

An outside app cannot attach itself to your workspace. It arrives as a consent screen naming the app, listing exactly what it is asking for, and waiting for you to allow or deny. Unreviewed apps carry an explicit warning rather than a silent tick.

See and Sever Every Connection

A Connected apps page lists everything with access to your workspace, when it was last used, and what it holds. Expanding a row shows the permissions grouped as view, change and spend. Disconnect and the app stops working immediately.

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants call tools and read data from an external system. Acting as an MCP server means your VoiceInfra workspace becomes something an assistant can operate directly, rather than something you copy and paste in and out of.

No, and the distinction matters. MCP Integration is the inbound direction: VoiceInfra acts as a client and connects out to MCP servers so your voice agents can call external tools during a conversation. This page is the outbound direction: VoiceInfra acts as an MCP server so assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can operate your workspace. Many customers use both.

Anything that supports the Model Context Protocol. Ready-made guides cover Claude (both the desktop app and the command-line client) and ChatGPT, plus a generic guide for other MCP-capable tools. Connections use HTTP transport, so no local bridge process is needed.

Open the Connected apps page and copy your workspace's MCP address. It is generated per region from your deployment, so each build shows its own URL with no configuration. Paste it into Claude, complete the consent screen, and the assistant can start working with your workspace. A command-line variant is shown alongside for the Claude CLI.

Exactly what you approve, and no more. The consent screen lists the requested areas of access before anything is granted, covering things like viewing agents and call logs, creating or changing resources, and actions that spend credit. You can approve read access while declining the ability to change anything.

Requests are grouped into areas described in ordinary language, with counts such as how many permissions can view and how many can change. Permissions that spend credit are shown separately, and any app that has not been reviewed by VoiceInfra carries an explicit warning telling you only to continue if you started the connection yourself and trust the app.

Yes, at any time, from the Connected apps page. The app stops working immediately and anyone relying on it will need to reconnect to regain access. You can also see when each app was last used before deciding.

No. A connected app is bounded by your role in the workspace, so if you cannot change billing settings, neither can the assistant acting on your behalf. This is stated on the consent screen itself so there is no ambiguity about the scope of what you are granting.

Your MCP endpoint is region-pinned to your own deployment, and each region is a separate deployment with its own data. Requests go to the endpoint for the region your workspace runs in rather than to a shared global service.

Not at all. It is an optional way to work with your workspace from the tools you already have open. Everything a connected assistant can do is also available in the VoiceInfra dashboard and through Sculptor, the built-in AI copilot.
